“Thank you for a great lesson. I felt that I sat up in bed this morning in a whole new way — just sat up! Turned my head and everything else followed. I was so surprised that the movement just seemed to unfold this way that I laid back down again, at least two more times, to see if it was a fluke.”

Your questions, answered

  • Feldenkrais is not a classical exercise class. It is an educational approach that requires kinaesthetic awareness.

In our small-group classes you’ll explore gentle, mindful movements that focus on improving body awareness, flexibility, and ease of motion. Guided verbally by the instructor, you’ll experiment with small, comfortable movements without straining, gradually discovering new ways to move that feel more natural and efficient.

Each class is non-competitive and paced individually, encouraging you to notice and adjust any habits or tension patterns.

  • If you aspire to feel better in and with yourself, our classes are for you!

Our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels, including those who are completely new to mindful movement or the Feldenkrais Method.

  • Drop-ins are always welcome! Payment can be made by cash or via the website at the time of the class.

  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. We also recommend bringing a mat, water, and any other personal items that help you feel at ease.

Most importantly bring curiosity towards self-education!

  • Our classes are designed to be gentle and adaptable. Please inform us of any physical concerns ahead of time so we can provide adjustments and ensure you have a safe, supportive experience.

  • While everyone’s experience is unique, participants often report improved mobility, posture, and overall sense of wellbeing. Results deepen over time with continued practice.
