Meet the programme founder

Dipl.-Ing. Arch. Thomas Wiedmer has over 25 years’ experience in the Feldenkrais Method and abides by the Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct of the Feldenkrais Guild UK. He discovered Feldenkrais as a student and used it as a toolkit for balance and grounding and finding ways to be respectful and responsible towards himself and others in difficult life situations and tricky circumstances.
